Radisson Hotel Kansas City Airport

Hotel was clean and neat in the lobby part. Hallways smelt like smoke and mildew. Drain in our bathroom didn't drain water, shower head hurt your body when you took a shower, and heater made tons of noise when it kicked on. Not really romantic.

Up to Radisson standards. Would stay again.

Stayed only one night. Very close and convenient to airport. Clean and quiet. I would recommend.

I chose this hotel because it had a jacuzzi and pool. My friend has had knee surgery last fall and still has a little stiffness in her knee. I thought the hot tub would be beneficial.
The water was extremely cold after being in the pool.

My wife and I were pleased with the hotel. It had the latest sleep number beds. The only problem is that we arrived very late and to inflate the number bed. In order to increase the firmness an air pump activated and that made a lot of noise. We did not want to wake nearby guests and so we kept the mid range setting.

Pretty clean and professional place with good service. They put us right next to a noisy machine room which should never be rented to guests --- but overall was not thoroughly disturbing. Not sure why there was a screwdriver left on our bathroom floor or someone else’s dress sock left under a chair. Check in & out was fast and friendly. This is the first time I ever stayed in a hotel where there were enough towels in the room for 4 women to start with without having to go down and get more. The Radisson was clean and comfortable, and staff was friendly and helpful. In-house restaurant /bar were good. Since we were traveling on vacation, the park & fly option with free airport shuttle was perfect. Although this was not a business trip--I did notice accommodations for business travelers

They picked us up from the airport and returned us to the airport very promptly. Their restaurant had good food and a good waitress. We
would gladly stay there again if we needed to when passing through KC.
