Great staff and comfortable bed/room.
Parking is not too convenient, must use valet.

Staff is always very helpful and friendly here; the upgraded "dial-a-bed" isn't super great; a good quality pillow top would be just as good or better. Good value here, definitely.

No parking!

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The staff was so helpful and went out of their way to make my stay memorable.

Downtown hotel attached to convention center and short walk to Capitol. Construction everywhere at the moment but easy enough to get to hotel. Given room on tenth floor in business class with King sleep number bed, which was very comfortable. Room fairly large, updated, and functional. Flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Bathroom tub had raised floor resulting in awkward step down with no grab bar which could be problematic for unstable traveler. Pool, whirlpool, steam room, and work out area appeared slightly aging but clean and functional. read more

Friendly, efficient staff.
Major construction is taking place very close to the hotel.

I have stayed at the Radisson in Lansing many times, and have always been pleased. I continue to find the marble flooring and lighting in the lobby quite impressive.

My impression of the hotel was they may have earned the first 2 stars but they bought the third. The facet in the tub was loose, the towels were thin, no ambiance to the room.
