Large hotel, friendly staff, fairly clean but can be noisy when filled. Met my expectation for the price.

freezing cold shower the first morning.

Overall, the hotel was great, from the check-in staff to the room to the waiter in the restaurant.

The front desk man was very friendly.
The bartender closed the bar at 11:30 pm on a Saturday night when people were still there!

The rooms were clean and the front desk was very friendly. Not impressed with the promptness or service in the bar. Never seen a bartender close a bar at 11:30 on a Saturday night when the bar was full. The hot breakfast was a nice surprise.

The price.
Bad odor off lobby area.

Hotel met our expectations, didn't care for foul odor off lobby area. Breakfast staff was very nice, but would have been nice to have different variety each day. Went to bar in evening and we were the only two people there - so we left to go elsewhere, would have preferred to stay and have cocktails there and maybe some entertainment. There is a piano - nobody playing it.

Cold shower in the morning.

When I mentioned the cold shower during checkout the clerk chuckled and said, "I guess we didn't know how high to turn up the boiler". Cold showers are unacceptable.

The mold smell made me concerned about my health, the room was missing a lamp shade and an alarm clock.

Terrible hotel. The mold smell gave myself and other guest headaches. The room was missing a lamp shade and alarm clock. When we alerted the staff, they did not seem to care.
