The sleep number beds.
The airplanes flying over head all night long.
The hotel would be great for business travel. Not for having a good time and being on vacation.

Nothing.
No security doors that locked, no hotel room clean up.
We requested to have our room clean, never happened. We didn't have towels, the outlets didn't work, the pool was green, the security doors by our room near a dark parking lot never locked, no ice in the ice machine. Poor service.

The staff working at the hotel's restaurant were overwhelmingly courteous - in particular the hostess who works the night shift. She was wonderful!
I feel that the hotel is not paying enough attention to the grounds. It looked rundown, grass not cut or landscaped. Pool was disgusting-not open.
This hotel's strengths are its staff. They all seem very intent on making the guests seem comfortable and welcome. Even offering driving directions to local sites was given their full attention. My biggest complaint is that the hotel is largely skimping on the maintenance of the greenery and grounds. There is zero effort given to landscaping, the grass, trees, etc needed trimming and clipping badly. There are signs of growing neglect on the grounds that will only get worse and make the hotel seem like a dump soon. Also, the pool was disgusting, slime and debris filled and not open. There was a wedding held there and several other events, but the guests couldn't enjoy the pool and this was a wonderful spring weekend in the month of May. Note to the owners - you're asleep at the wheel on these details. Try to do better because you have a great staff. read more

The bed was comfortable and the staff
was pleasant.
The room was nice for what is was, a place to sleep. The housekeeping was inconsistent and when calling the front desk for extra towels, we had to call twice.

The staff was very nice and helpful.
The bugs in the bathroom of the hotel room.
This is a nice hotel and the staff was very nice, understanding, and helpful. I really liked the hotel and will stay there again. The only problem I had was in the bathroom there was dead and live Rollie pollies(bugs)and other flying bugs(the entrance to this room was from the outside). But, when I went to the front and told them about the problem they switched me to another room. read more

Comfortable beds and hot water for shower.
The tub was clogged, so water didn't drain properly during shower.
Overall, it was okay. Could be a bit cleaner. I checked in very late, so didn't get a chance to order room service or observe staff's friendliness, but the front desk staff was pretty nice.

Friendly staff.
Too close to the airport, noisy airplane sounds.
The Radisson was nice, and for the price obtained, was very good. The major disappointment was the proximity to the airport which made it a noisy area because of airplane arrivals and departures. (a FedEx landing strip was right outside our window.) Otherwise, the staff and all the amenities were good. The fitness gym was lacking, but you don't go to his hotel is hang out. You choose it as a easy place to sleep, and then to spend the rest of time in Memphis downtown. read more
