Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
Walls too thin, problems with opening door, closet doors not easy to slide open or closed.
This hotel was a pleasant surprise from the moment we entered the lobby. The staff was friendly and helped to make our stay enjoyable. Our dining experience was more than satisfactory. We opted to have dinner at the hotel because we were too tired to go out. This turned out to be the best decision because the menu offered many options that met our needs. This led to our decision to have breakfast there the next morning. Note to diners: try the bourbon pecan pie, wow! I was excited to see the Sleep Number beds in the room but didn't have the best experience with them. While the concept of the bed is genius, the ability for a traveler on a one night stay to correctly select their sleep number on the first try is not so easy. It would likely take a couple of nights to figure out which setting is most comfortable. I was a little disappointed that there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. I find that this amenity is often a deciding factor when choosing a hotel. A refrigerator would have come in very handy when we ordered the bourbon pecan pie from the restaurant. We were full from dinner and asked to take the pie to go. When we got to our room we realized the pie came with ice cream and without a refrigerator we had to cram this tasty treat into our already engorged bellies. It would have been better for our gastronomical health to put the pie on ice and wait until there was sufficient room before enjoying. read more

The bed was very comfortable.
The wait time for check-out was too long, only 1 desk clerk.
Overall the stay was pleasant. Easy to find with parking.

Very convenient to the airport.
Restaurant service wasn't very good. Not bad enough to complain about.
Nice room with in-room coffee, hair dryer, ironing board. Bed exceptionally comfortable. Nice, well-stocked bathroom. Lobby very clean and attractive. Front desk staff helpful and friendly. Restaurant menu very limited and wait staff not very friendly or knowledgeable.

Nice beds and spacious room.
Fan vent in bathroom filthy, felt creepy.
This hotel was a one night stop so did not expect too much. Difficult to find your way in and out of main lobby - few signs, if any. Overall comfortable except bathroom fan as noted. Quiet on our side, but glad not on the other because noise was much worse (met someone on wrong side). Desk help adequate, porter/ bellman were great. Difficult to get to from highway - much better if just flying in. read more

We had a room on the first floor which was accessible to everything.
The only thing I didn't like was the fact it was on airport property and the planes were very noisy during the night which made it hard to sleep.
The hotel was great.

Good location; clean room.
The motor on the fan was very noisy.
Should we have stayed another night, I would have asked to be assigned to another room.
