The lobbies and outside areas were beautiful.
The rooms were sub standard. No remote control, light bulbs missing and the airport runway right outside our window! No extra blankets when requested!
The outside of this hotel and the lobby was fabulous. However upon opening the door to the rooms we reserved we were not impressed. One room was missing the ottoman, light bulbs were missing, no remote control, and the rooms didn't feel or smell clean. There were no liners in the trash cans. After going to the front desk to request a blanket I was told the hotel was out of blankets! The rooms also overlooked the runway to the airport. Fed-Ex planes were taking off every 7 minutes right outside our window. It was very noisy. We only reserved this room for sleep as we knew we would be tired from driving but we got very little sleep or even rest with hopping up and down to change channels on the the TV and the planes taking off and landing! The sleep number beds this hotel advertised were a joke as it took a long time to figure out the controls and get them adjusted with little instructions. I was able to change the setting some and that was good since the bed was as hard as a rock when we arrived! The shower felt like using a car wash! The front staff, at the hotel, was excellent.
Our room was only about 200 yards from a FedEx runway. (Loud jets every 3 minutes.)
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, perhaps too near. Our room on the hotel's third floor was only about 100-150 yards from the runway where FedEx jets took off every 2-3 minutes. It was very loud during busy flight hours. That is the only complaint. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were adequate, as were the workout facilities.

Friendly staff, clean hotel.
No free breakfast whatsoever.
Nice, clean, and convenient hotel. Friendly staff. Needs to offer at least a continental breakfast.

Very clean and spacious.
Hallways very confusing. Hall to pool spooky not marked clearly.
Hotel was nice. The comfort number bed was uncomfortable with 2 people in it, like sleeping on an old waterbed. Staff of hotel and restaurant friendly and helpful. Would recommend to a friend.

It was cheap.
To close to the airport. Very loud. Woke up to the smell of Jet fuel
Memphis was a ton of fun. Hotel was very affordable.

It was very nice and comfortable the staff was exceptionally friendly.
It was very difficult to get to. There was a dirt bra left hanging behind the bathroom door.
Overall the hotel was very comfortable and quiet until about 5:00 AM when the Fed-Ex planes began to leave and it was noisy until 8:00 AM. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

Price & the service staff.
At the airport; restaurant.
For the price, it was just fine. It was not convenient to access, particularly for someone not familiar with the Memphis airport & area. Overall, however, (again, for the bargain rate) I would probably stay there again.

Location.
Hotel located next to a runway. You hear every plane land and takeoff. Rooms have no noise insulation.
If you can sleep with earplugs, this is a good hotel.

The rooms were clean and air control in the room and the hall was very good not stagnate as in many hotels.
The dining area was and staffing was lacking really more of a make shift operation.
Other than the location (between two runways and the trouble getting to the hotel it was well worth the money. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean (but small). Could of used a general coffee area in the morning instead of just in room coffee pot.
