House keepingwaited out side my door to clean my room.

My husband & I left the hotel separately. As he opened the door to leave, house keeping was just about to knock. We had a do not disturb sign on the door but they offered to make up our room anyway. I said that once I get dressed & left, they may come in to clean. I spent about 45 minutes to an hour getting dressed. I could hear housekeeping

Rooms were nice and comfortable.
Hotel staff was awful. Ruined the entire stay.

Upon check-in, there were three staff members behind the desk (not one helping anyone), but it took at least three minutes for anyone to say anything to me. Room was nice. Bar was overly expensive. Surrounding area was OK. I asked for extra towels three times and never received any. The hotel would have been great if not for the staff.
