Hotel was recently redecorated.
TV remote did not work, no hot water, toilet was clogged.
We had to wait over 45 minutes after our check in time of 3 PM for our room to be ready. Hotel staff made no concessions for our inconvenience. They claimed no manager was on duty that day and they would not call one. Several other families had to wait for rooms as well. When we got to the room, the toilet was clogged, the TV remote did not work, we had no hot water, the comfort controls for the bed did not work and phone line was static, we had no ice machine on our floor. read more

Nothing.
The person checking us in was not professional, bathtub dirty, towels dirty.
I would not stay here ever. There were cable cords running along the wall, I constantly coughed through the night due to the dust from the air conditioning.

The sleep number bed was great! And the linens were clean.
Got the room wrong, had to change-no exercise facility.
For the last two years, this hotel has been under renovations. That's getting old. No continental breakfast (which was advertised). The restaurant was expensive for what you got. No exercise facility-you had to travel to a gym. The room was very nice, once we got the right one. The bed was a sleep number bed-it was great! The room itself was nice & clean.

The front desk staff was great as well as all staff.
Everything was excellent.This hotel is of top quality. Everyone should have the pleasure of staying at this hotel. hope I get to stay again.

The staff went out of their way for me on more than one occasion.
The chicken sandwich, I ordered from room service wasn't the best - but it was ok.
I had the misfortune of getting sick during my trip, and the staff went out of their way to help me. They picked up some Tylenol for me, free of charge and when it turned out that I needed medical attention, they immediately arranged a free ride to the hospital.

The front desk staff was great.
I could not find one single thing that I didn't like.
This was my first time staying at this hotel. Before I stayed here I read some of the reviews of other guest. They were some that were negative. So I went in with a semi negative expectation. Once I walked in I was speechless. The check-in was fast and there were 3 guest before me. Staff very professional. Lobby very clean. Then I walked into my room. The room was very clean well kept. perfect. I truly will recommend this hotel to all my friends. I will be staying here again very soon. great place to stay. Thanks. read more
