Complementary shuttle to airport which has a Max train into downtown.
Indoor pool water was not heated.

Nice, clean, large room with king size bed, sofa, desk, fridge, and microwave. More than I expected for the price I paid. Great value. Used the fitness room (small, but functional).

I am a business traveler, this hotel was very clean.
Very close proximity to Airport (Noise).

Upon arrival, the hotel had lost power. Although I thought it would be a major inconvenience, it was a terrific opportunity to showcase the helpfulness of the staff. They opened my room, supplied glow sticks and flashlights, and even brought in a bunch of pizzas for the taking in the hotel bar. The hotel was extremely clean, and very well appointed. Left my cell charger in the room, and no one could locate it to send to me. Very disappointing.

Nice hotel, clean, with a very comfortable bed. A bit noisy with travelers coming and going all hours with their doors slamming and waking me. I left an item in the room (cellphone charger) and housekeeping could not find it. It makes no sense to me that no one was able to locate it, as it was left plugged in to an outlet on the desk.
