Great location.
Not what a 3-star hotel
I would expect.

Location.
Staff is never very friendly.
Just an average hotel. They care more about getting your parking sticker on your car than about making you feel welcome.

We did not care for the beds. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner.

If you're a drinker then it would be a great hotel to stay at.
The air beds! The train blowing it's horn all night.

Very nice, seemed upscale.
Pool under construction.
Hotel was nice and clean. My sleep number bed was broken, but would have been nice.

Price; Location; sleep
bed; ease of check-in/check-out.
Street noise; guest noise; cracked closet mirror.
I would have liked to check my E-mail, but there was only one public-use computer station and I was not able to stand there and wait.

Decent location, near local restaurants and close to the freeway.
I did not like the beds, lack of wireless, no working pool.
I got to this hotel with high hopes, Had always good experience with Radisson hotels. Checking in went quickly, though finding parking places was a bit of a hassle. When we got to our room it was an older, dingy, worn down hotel room. It was fairly clean, but it just looked used. The ceilings were only about 7 feet high in the bathroom, and only 8 feet in the rest of the room. The room did not even have available wireless internet connection, I had to go down to the front desk to get a cable. The bathroom was very small, you had to figure out a way to contort yourself around the toilet just to close the door. The sleep number beds are horrible, glorified air beds. On top of all that, after driving 600 miles I was looking forward to a nice hot tub and workout, but the pool/spa area was closed for renovations. Nice, would have been nice to have been warned about that in advance. Also, the windows or walls must be very thin, because you hear every car driving by outside, and we were on the 5th floor! The one train that passed by (less than 100 yards from the hotel) was extremely loud, obviously. Cars, trains, sirens, made for uncomfortable sleeping conditions. All in all, I was very displeased with this stay at a Radisson. On the other hand, every employee I dealt with was very polite and attentive to my needs. read more
