The smell, the fact that it hasn't been updated in a while.
The hotel needs to update the halls and the rooms. The place smells like cigarette smoke.

The room itself was really nice. We got a corner room with a great view.
The thermometer was broke & stuck at 63. It was FREEZING. We woke up & let them know. They only offered to send a guy up.
The facilities were good, and the room was very nice. Our issue with the thermometer wasn't handled with any urgency and absolutely no follow up was done to find out if it affected the stay. It did. So facilities, location and room were great, employees were nice, but not a lot in the way of customer service.

I liked the spaciousness of the place the way is was decorated.
I do not like the sleep number beds and every room has one.
The hotel was great the appearance, the staff, all were great.

Mattresses and pillows were great.
Room had chemical smell, cigarette. smoke from hallway drifted into room, bathroom sink and door old and cruddy.
It was a good deal for the price, but other than the pillows this was not a 3+ star hotel. After checking in, keys didn't work to room, room had weird smell like they were trying to cover up smoke. Only part of the room got a update. the curtains, sinks, doors, etc were old and cruddy.

Location.
Staff is never very friendly.
Just an average hotel. They care more about getting your parking sticker on your car than about making you feel welcome.

Friendly staff.
Location
The hotel was nice, staff was friendly, easy check In and check out. Only problem was, that it is next to the railroad tracks. It would wake us up every hour. Extremely loud when passing.

We did not care for the beds. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner.

If you're a drinker then it would be a great hotel to stay at.
The air beds! The train blowing it's horn all night.
