It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. It definitely is a plus some hotels do not have.
I can't think of anything I didn't like about this hotel.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. It has a refrigerator and microwave in the room. It's very convenient to shops and restaurants in Crystal City and the Metro is not too far away. I would stay here again.

It was close to the event site.
Parking was expensive, beds were uncomfortable, no wifi.
Price doesn't reflect what you actually pay. No continental breakfast. Not even bagels. No WiFi, had to pay for internet, and plug in. Parking was really expensive.

I like the sleep number bed.
The television was antiquated and the picture snowy.
I would not stay here again. Upon arrival, the bed linens were dirty. The next evening, after a long day out and about, we opted to eat in - the crab cakes with sweet potato fries and slaw sounded yummy. To our dismay, upon inquiring on our food's ETA- 45 minutes after placing our order with room service and 15 minutes after it should have arrived - we were told the kitchen was closed. The only recourse offered was a couple of bottles of water hand delivered to our room by the concierge. read more

It was close to some wonderful restaurants/sports bars and the Metro.
Pool was closed but could use the one next door on week-days.
This hotel was central to all of the attractions we utilized. From the Metro/Shopping mall/Running trails/different cuisines all within walking distance. Our room had a refridg/microwave which was wonderful for storing extra food. We caught a ballgame and that was the only crowded places we encountered. Cab fare from Arlington to DC was reasonable.

Reception desk staff; free safe for valuables; clean room; generally quiet hotel.
Management should decide if the dining room is that or a sports bar - 5 TVs showing different sports loudly, is too much.
I'd recommend this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. However, the dining room is expensive, especially for breakfast, and loud with too many TVs on during dinner. It has all one needs for a visit to D.C. TVs in rooms could be upgraded.
