Clean, comfortable, convenient, pleasant.
Lobby ambiance was stark. Need list of recommended local restaurants.
Very nicely appointed rooms, convenient to downtown, shopping center and local colleges (withing 10 minutes), easy access to Interstate Highways. Staff was pleasant and helpful, facilities were very clean and orderly.

The staff are so friendly and are willing to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Radisson is the only place my family and I can ensure, when we visit it's the next best place to home, and the staff would go all out their way to please their customers.

Dining staff had no idea what they were doing...got soup and sallad after entree/many other issues
While a little off the beaten path the hotel lobby was attractively decorated in a rather sparse fashion, the check in clerk was very friendly and efficient, the accommodations were very large with sleep number beds.The downfall of the hotel was the dining room.There was only one other table of diners but while the food tasted okay the service was anything but. The staff was pleasant but incompetent. It took forever to get drinks, their were four people in our group, our entrees were served at different times, the salad and soup were served when we were almost finished with entree and then we had to repeatedly ask for salad dressing. We did laugh a lot at how bizarre the service was. read more
