Unpleasant staff at front desk, did make our wakeup call.
The staff was unpleasant when checking in and when calling front desk. We were unable to upgrade to a king bed or anything other than two doubles. I didn't receive my wakeup call on my second night and was three hours late to my appointment costing me time and money. The pool wasn't even open. Ice machines didn't work on most floors. The restaurant and bar were completely empty even though hotel was fully booked. read more

Hallways are dirty unvacuumed, room had what appeared to be coke stains splashed on wall, street noise. Dark somewhat dingy overall.
Hotel is not clean. Hallways are unvacuumed, hotel has a dark, dingy feel overall. Staff more interested in interacting with each other as opposed to helping guest.

Closeness to Dallas Cotton Bowl for OU-Texas weekend.
It was too far from chain restaurants for dining purposes.
The hotel was very nice. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the room. However, it was a pretty far away from restaurants like Outback and TGI Friday's, which is crucial for me when I do business trips out of state. It was close to the Dallas Cotton Bowl, which was perfect for me as I was covering the Texas game for my newspaper.

Sleep Number bed was great.
They took me to a great restaurant then when I called to be picked up forgot me. Stood out there for one hour.
Not too bad. Noisy. Carpet stained.
