I received no room service during entire stay.

Very poor; never saw any hotel offer, no service during a stay. The same trash & used trays stayed outside another room a couple of doors down from my room; and I did not get my room cleaned at all during the entire stay. They offered to bring me breakfast as compensation 30 minutes before I had to leave for a plane. They indicated it could not be brought earlier. Never saw anything like this at any price. read more

I do not like the sleep number beds.

The Raddison is a nice hotel as long as you are comfortable on the sleep number beds. I can't stand them.

Easy to get to for our needs.
Know smoking is bad - but we do, it was very cold outside.

Good for Tulsa Airport, easy to get to. Very nice staff, rooms are quite small but adequate. Provide transportation to airport and allow parking for a fee.

I had no negative experiences at the Raddison Tulsa Airport.

They supplied me a microwave and refrigerator, bathroom was large.
That my friends walked in and got the room for $10 less than I paid. The rooms were too far to walk. The carpet was dirty.

If you are going on a short trip, like one night, it is OK. I would not say it is a 3 star and it is nothing like most Radisson I stay at.

Excellent location. Helpful friendly staff.
No hot water on Sunday. Had to check out without a shower.

This is a great hotel in an excellent location. The place was clean and well maintained. The walls were a little thin (could hear the guy in the next room coughing, but not talking). This is a very peaceful atmosphere and even though it was close to the airport, we were not disturbed. It is close to shopping and major highways.

Location.
No hot water the whole stay.

This room did not have hot water, I told the staff and they said I needed to run the water for at least 6 minutes, the bath tub then filled up with cold water because the drain was slow and we never had any satisfactory hot water. This is most dissatisfied, I've been with a hotel.
