The location of the hotel was quiet convenient.
The cleanliness and amenities of the hotel needs improvement.

I think this hotel was not what I expected. The cleanliness of the room needs improvement, the room was very dusty and there were not enough amenities provided(ex. toothbrush and slippers). The service of the hotel staffs were not consistent, some of them were nice and some of them were not professional and friendly at all. Overall, I would not stay in that hotel again and I will not recommend this hotel to my friends. read more

WiFi in th room was spotty and the
restaurants were overpriced.

Had a great weekend at the Radisson, room was newly renovated, comfortable bed, flat screen
TV with lots of HD channels. Hotel was very quiet and staff very friendly. 6 blocks to Grand central and the subway or 3 blocks to 51st street subway. WiFi in the room was spotty. For the time I spent in the room, it was worth every penny. Don't expect a view from your room though.

Terrific location, near Grand central, Times Square. Staff was very friendly and
helpful. Our room faced the rear & mechanicals (no view), but was very quiet. Flat screen TV (we never turned it on) free . Disappointed in the small size of the bathroom - no place to hang a towel or put things, and bathtub needs replacing, but I still felt I got great value and the stay was very enjoyable. read more
