Great location.
Quite surprising that a 3 star hotel in downtown Toronto does not have an indoor pool or game room.
Very disappointed that a 3 star hotel in downtown Toronto does not have an indoor pool or a game room or other activities for children. The room was located by the side entrance, which was noisy at night and provided no view.

I liked the contemporary decor and comfortable furnishings.
Lots of street noise and lights, awkward parking facility.
The guest room was bright and contemporary. It had some nice features such as a gas fireplace, large in-the-wall TV screen, refrigerator, and a comfy bed. The bathroom was large, and actually had a good shower. The staff was polite, and helpful when needed.

Close to major venues.
No options for breakfast.
Good location and friendly staff. Had sleep number beds. Liked trying it but didn't have enough nights to adjust.

Very friendly front desk - nice room - liked the big bed and very nice linens.
Having to pay extra for parking - but that's Toronto - hot tub would have been nice.
I would recommend this hotel for the price we paid. It was great.

Bathroom did not appear clean, glasses were cleaned with cloth that left a smear on it. I felt it needed another wash around the sink, old toothpaste noted.
The general location was great for us. The appearance was upscale. Room felt clean until I walked into the bathroom the marble around the sink looked dull and dirty with old toothpaste smear on it. The drinking glasses looked dirty as if someone tried to use a cloth to clean it and it was smeared all round the glass, plastic would have been better.

It was good hotel for the money. We enjoyed the location.
Nothing.
The room was large and updated. The TV was a regular 27inch however I did not go to Toronto to watch TV. It was one of the better hotels I stayed at in Toronto for the money. Everyone was nice and helpful.
