They checked us into an occupied room and proceeded to tell me they didn't have my reservation. They then told me that someone with the same name checked onto our room. Then they told us that they had done an early check in and by accident they have our reservation away. Finally after 30 minutes checked us into a business class room which only included a fax machine.
