"Close to the light rail" but "a bit out of the way" in an "uninteresting", "slightly dodgy" "industrial" neighborhood, this "standard-fare" facility "could use a makeover": the lobby is "cold and uninviting", elevators "are in bad shape", the gym "is a treadmill" and the restaurant is so "weak" surveyors recommend "the bowling alley next door"; as for service, the staff is "responsive" but housekeeping "should be better."

Parking was right in front of the hotel.
The shower curtain holder was in the way of the door opening enough to sit on the toilet comfortably.

They seemed to be under reconstruction so maybe they will correct the door/toilet situation.

The people were very helpful and friendly. We ate at the restaurant and the food was fine.

Excellent business hotel value for money. Location not good for holiday stays. Not much choice of nearby restaurants. Location not good for walking (car OK).
