Most of the staff was extremely pleasant.
Guest room was dirty. Room attendant unfriendly.
Upon very late night arrival, found that bathroom window was jammed open - it was like camping outside temp in the 30's. Air vents were filthy. Holes and scrapes throughout walls in room. Lots of dirt and grime in high places and corners of the room.

Great location, very close to the 1st Marier Arena, not far from sports stadiums.
Saw a bug in the bathroom.
Good location, stayed here for one night to attend an event close by. The room was average, I was expecting a little bit more from a Radisson. The furniture in the room was dated and in 2009 for a downtown Baltimore hotel, I was very surprised they still had old TV's as opposed to an HDTV flat screen. The light bulbs in the bathroom looked old and worn, almost like they had never been changed. Okay hotel for a quick stay, but I would not recommend this for more than a night or two. The location is very good and I will say the breakfast buffet for $9.95 was a great deal and very tasty. Staff was also very good. read more

It was near the Light Rail which costs $1.60 from the airport. I liked it.

The hotel was conveniently located to the Inner Harbor & Lexington Market.
The public parking could have been closer to the Hotel.
We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights & 5 days and it was perfect. I enjoyed the sleep number beds and was able to get plenty of rest. I'm thinking about purchasing one of my own. The hotel was conveniently located to the Inner Harbor and there was also a pharmacy near by, which I needed to use.
