The beds were good, and the pillows were heavenly.
Parking was a nightmare.
I stayed only one night, but it was very convenient to the cruise lines and they had a shuttle going to the port every 30 minutes. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, the Saturday morning buffet was extended past its usual time to accommodate my traveling partner and myself. That is all any traveler could ask for.

Close to Port Canaveral. Allowed to leavve our car at hotel while on cruise.
Can't think of anything.
This hotel was furnished very nicely, was clean and well kept.

Pools were beautiful.
Restaurant & staff. Service was very slow and cost too much. They disregarded our time line. Disrespectful.
Would not stay there again.

Reasonably priced, location to port is excellent with free transport to and from ship.
Beds were uncomfortable, I thought my room was suppose to have a select comfort bed.

Nice rooms at affordable price.
This was a return visit for us and we will go back. We were upgraded to a suite because we had to wait for the hotel clerk to check someone else in that only took about 3 minutes! We had a great stay, good food, great location and great price.

Nice pool. Pretty Waterfall and coy pond. Nice breakfast. Good bed and linens.
No paper. No shuttle set up.
Girl who checked us in did not even know if restaurant was serving. There was a buffet but she said no other ordering. We had a sub next door (on Easter!) then came back to the pool where we saw people being served from the menu! Not happy. Did not receive paper. Room key did not work. Had requested shuttle to port. Nice hotel. Poorly trained employees.

Great pool and outstanding customer service.
Parking was inconvenient distance from my room.
The staff was very friendly and courteous. Rooms and facilities were very clean and landscaping was beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler.
