Restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner
Hotel was fantastic - food in deli was overpriced for the quality and restaurant closed and only open during certain occupancy levels.

Rooms neat and clean - appear to have great housekeeping staff.
Additional signage pointing to check-in/front desk needed from road. Exercise equipment appears to need some attention/repair.
Conveniently located off of the interstate. Nice lobby area with snack bar, Pizza Hut, and business center. Enjoyed some of the movie night in the lobby event. Water slide in main pool was a big hit with the family.

The pool and the hot tubs were fabulous.
This was a beautiful hotel and very close to Disney World which is what we were looking for!

Good place to stay in a peaceful neighborhood.
The Resort fee is not correct.
Good hotel with a good swimming pool, but the bathroom is too small and had not a god shower; the water pressure was not good. The worse part was the Resort fee that was claimed when I booked inn. I was expecting that, at Priceline, the prices were clear with no surprises. I do not agree with that, and next time, I will not come to this hotel again.

Did not like the added 16.00 for use of pools, parking, etc. (resort fee). Did not use the pool - just a quick overnight.

Parking was easy and close to our building. I loved having a small refrigerator in the room.
I dislike the resort fees and the timeshare desk.
The hotel has a good location and nice landscaping. At check in the staff was friendly and helpful. I did not liking having to take a flier for a "free gift" (map with coupons) to the timeshare desk. However, the timeshare people were not pushy once I declined their offer. I love the parking at this hotel. There are plenty of spaces. A short walk across a pond brought us to the building. The room was clean and it had a view of the pond. It also came with a refrigerator which was great for keeping our water bottles cold. Dh did not like the bed - he said it was too hard. Housekeeping was great. On our second day our room was made up when we got home that night. They give you plenty of towels. I love the proximity to Disney. It is a straight shot down 192 to hit the turn off for Disney property. It should be noted that after dusk a room key must be used to get into the parking lot and into your building. My main disagreement is that I do not like paying a resort fee. I paid it without complaint but as someone who did not use the shuttle or pool I feel I've lost my $10 plus tax. Other hotels provide water bottles and newspapers for the additional fee - this hotel doesn't.(Their flier does list activities which they provide during the day.) I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would love to stay there again. The staff does a great job. The grounds looked great, and I felt comfortable staying there. read more

My 14 year old son liked the water slide, ping-pong and giant checkers.
The pools were dirty and all kinds of slime on the safety mats at the top of the slide.
Ping Pong, Football, giant checkers/chess and water slide were all a big hit with my 14 year old- also the game room. However, the pools were not very clean and there was all kinds of black slime on the safety mats at the top of the slide. The halls room smelled mildewed and musty and there was some kind of clear jelled residue on the nightstand when we moved the phone. The shuttle bus information on the website was not accurate but the driver was very friendly, punctual and passed out correct schedules. Fridge in room very helpful. Beds are extremely cozy and comfortable with lovely fluffy coverings. Room just a little "banged up" looking. read more
