The location was excellent for the things we wanted to do. There was adequate parking.
We had to pay $15.00 to use the hotel parking.

Except for the parking fee the hotel was great. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again, especially at the rate we got through Priceline.

Excellent location for my needs with friendly, helpful staff. Great fireplace with cozy atmosphere.
I question why they have parking charges. This is the only place I stay that has them.

This hotel has a very friendly staff, although I was not treated too friendly over the telephone when I was making a request prior to my stay. It has a very clean and attractive reception/lobby area. I have stayed there before, and will stay there again. I feel like it is going overboard to pay daily parking charges.

Good location and underground parking (good for winter or bad weather).

The comfort and quality of the bed, and recreation areas.

Very comfortable, location is convenient. Continental style breakfast was a little pricey

Great location.
Hotel does not provide continental breakfast, you have to pay $12 per day to park there, and we didn't like the air beds.

Great location!
Sleep Number beds.

This hotel is very nice. The only problem we had was with their Sleep Number beds. Sleep Number beds in a hotel is a bad idea because you're usually only there for one night and if you don't already have a Sleep Number bed and know your "number" then it's hard to figure out and adjust to.

The room was quiet.
There is no free parking.

The room was quite comfortable. The sleep number bed allows me to choose the firmness of the mattress. The feather pillows are not my favorite. The hotel is a little awkward to access due to the trax on the road where the entrance is. Parking is on the expensive side at $12 for self parking or $15 for valet. Most of the other hotels in the vicinity have free parking available. But overall the stay was nice. read more

The location.
The beds and pillows.

I am not a fan of the sleep number beds or the pillows. They were either way too soft or lumpy.

The location was great.
Pay $12 a night for parking.

The charge for parking every night was a bit pricey and there was nothing on the site that told us about it before so it was a surprise. The lobby and the rooms were attractive and well set up.
