Staff! Service was terrible.
Not much to say other than unaccommodating and very rude!

Beds were comfortable and public areas were clean and nice.
Carpets and walls looked worn and tired.
Nice hotel.

The location and how it was remodeled.
Smelling food from the kitchen in our room.
My husband and I had a great experience staying at the Radisson Warwick. We only stayed one night to enjoy being in Philadelphia for the night, but would certainly recommend staying there to anyone.

The beds were very comfortable sleep number.
Incredibly noisy.
I would never stay here again. I use hotel rooms for sleeping, and that was simply impossible both inside and outside the hotel was incredibly noisy all night.

Convenience.
Room.
Room was drab and rug had spots on it. Bathroom was too small. Could not work around in the bathroom. Both rooms were like this. Rooms were not 4 start rooms.

It is in a great location.
The hotel room was not very interesting - basic.
It was a good hotel for the price I paid through Priceline, but I would not want to stay there for the price they normally charge for rooms. The rooms were nothing fancy and pretty basic. The location was great, and the hotel staff were very helpful.

Lobby was lovely and inviting.
Rooms were a little tired and could use updating. HVAC was not great.
This is a nice hotel conveniently located in Rittenhouse Square area of Philadelphia - lots to do and see. Good for business travelers in that it offers free WiFi. Free water bottle in the room was a nice touch.
