Not consistent with the Radisson brand of hotels. Cleanliness and lack of hotel staff was an issue.
This hotel/resort is not what we expected from a 3.5 star Radisson. The room we stayed in was in need of renovations. The bathroom was dark with the only lighting over the sink so when you closed the shower curtain it was dim in the shower. Shower did not seem to be cleaned with several black hairs in the tub. This hotel is good only if you need a place to sleep.

The hotel & room were very nice. The only problem I had with them is that they tried to charge me additional money for the use of their amenities (in which we used none).

The tub in the bathroom.
The front desk staff is very rude.
The hotel is nice but the experience is ruined by the front desk staff. Their rudeness abounds from the time of check-in to check-out. I arrived late in the evening and had to wait 15 minutes while the clerk answered phones that rang after I had walked to the front desk. The gentleman took care of other people who walked up to the front desk after I did. We asked for change for the dryers a little later. After being ask 20 questions about what we needed the change for we were directed to the game room. It only gives tokens and when we ask to exchange them for change the clerk told us to come back in the morning as the manager may exchange them. The next morning the clerk rudely exchanged them after 20 more questions and told us next time we needed to read as the sign says tokens only. read more

Amenities.
I was charged a resort fee of $7.95. I did not expect this and though it unreasonable. I was only there a few hours.

Very impressed, beds are awesome.
Would stay again. The fridge was a plus. Starbucks and Pizza Hut in the lobby are great. Has a kids corner with movies and games. Next to Winn Dixie and lots of places to eat.

Building looked run down.
Hotels looks run down on the outside but still nice inside, WiFi was spotty.
