Nice staff.
We had to ask for a plunger, the toilet wouldn't even flush right.
Town had a big event and all the hotels were sold out - understandable. The hotel pool was cold & dirty. Toilet did not flush properly had to use a plunger. Very old establishment trying to look new & updated.

The pools were clean and warm. Beds were comfy.
I killed 2 bugs in our room while there.
The hotel room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I did kill 2 bugs in the room while there. The pools were heated and clean. The complimentary breakfast was good, however, the biscuits left something to be desired. They were hard. However, for the price it was a good stay for an over-night.

I really like having a restaurant connected to the hotel.
There was no map to show you the way to access the restaurant or the pool from your room. I was a little confused.
Overall this is a nice hotel to stay in. It was easy to get to off the interstate. Convenient to a lot of other places.

They have the best pillows
of any hotel.
They need a parking area for semis and horse trailers.

Location.
The bar was infested with rednecks.
If you are looking for a decent place, this will suit you. Don't be fooled by renovations. It's not a full scale renovation and doesn't change the fact that it's a so-so hotel with new bedspreads.

Good location.
Well worn, older property, needs attention to decor and maintenance.

Feeling of spaciousness when you enter main lobby, greeted by smiling reception, quickly checked in. Great first impression!
No elevator to second floor. Difficult getting large suitcase up stairs.
This Ramada Inn deserves a 3 star rating for its beautiful, spacious reception area, and the comfortable, nicely decorated rooms, all sparkling clean. The staff was very gracious and efficient. The only negative was the complimentary breakfast. The choices were limited and the food was cold. When they fix this, this can be a first rate hotel.

It was in a convenient location near many shopping areas and eateries.
I didn't like the lighting of the hotel room.
The hotel reeked of cigarette smoke when you entered the lobby. One of the desk clerks was nicer than the other, but not unbearable. One of the bed spreads had blood on them. When asked for a new one, the cleaning lady just laid the new bedspread on the bed, not make the bed as it was before. The lighting is dark as well.

Impressive lobby. Breakfast in restaurant.
English not first language; no extra blankets, rollaway; flies on breakfast food.
This hotel has an impressive lobby, but the rooms are only adequate, much of the help not helpful or English speaking, and the breakfast buffet offers a lot of flies, even though the food is mostly hot and the help personal.
