The food was good at breakfast.
We had terrible service at this hotel. We had to wait in line for 45 minutes to check in. People were coming back saying the rooms they got were already occupied or uncleaned. The one man at the desk didn't even apologize. When I received a room, we discovered that the wireless internet that was advertised was not available in that room. I called for help and he told me that we would be called to be moved to another room. We never received that call or was able to use the internet. We will probably never stay at that Ramada again. We were very disappointed in our stay and have not had service that bad in a long time. read more

Beds were nice and very comfortable.
Not clean; mold on ceiling in bathroom.
Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by people outside stating they would not stay there, go somewhere else. When we went into the lobby, there was a line waiting, some people over an hour. Only one person on duty checking people in. Manager was there, tried to calm people down and then went back to his office. Some people had tried checking in earlier and were told to come back later. This was homecoming for FHSU (college). People were given rooms with other people already in them. Confusion at desk as to what rooms available. If people requested ground floor due to health reasons (wheelchair), those requests not granted, even though they made the reservation directly with the hotel. Hallways, entry ways were not clean. Since we had booked with Priceline, we had no trouble checking in. Others were not so fortunate. We will not stay at this facility again. Do not recommend it. It used to be a quality place but has not been maintained. We had to rush to make it for our meal and game with our son's baseball team - parent's weekend. Many of the others checking in also were trying to get to the homecoming game. As I said again, I would not recommend this place. read more

Nothing.
Understaffed, unfriendly, dirty, and broken water pipes.
The room we got had a wet feel to it, came to find a water leak a little later in the roof, got moved to another room that the door wouldn't shut correctly, and the safety lock was broken off the door. Floors were trashed, and dirty everywhere. Smelled of chlorine and mold. While in line during check in and later during checkout several other people staying here or trying to check were complaining about the service. read more

Can't think of one thing.
It was moldy and in dis-repair.
Go somewhere else. This was the worst in the last several years. It smelled, It had mildew, the room I had was in dis-repair and the furniture was extremely haggard. Your money would be best spent elsewhere.

Close to getting back on the road.
Dated, mold in bathroom, loose entry door.
The people were nice. The location and facility has had its' day. Had I not been traveling alone, I would have gone elsewhere.
