Nothing.
Dirty and loud.
This hotel was disgusting. My room smelled like stale smoke, the walls were paper thin, the bathroom was dirty (I found five pubic hairs on the floor of the bathroom) and the breakfast offering was not good.

Nice swimming pool.
Horrible staff-testing, talking on phone. A/C broken in rooms.
Staff was beyond inattentive. A couple in front of me had been waiting for over 2 hours for a crib for their 4 month old baby (this is 11:00 at night.)They were talking on cell phone and testing while I was standing there for 10 minutes. They took so long to check me in that the pool closed. A/C in room was broken maintenance came to fix and said you think this is hot you should feel the other rooms. The room was okay. Large water stains on ceiling kind of felt nasty. At 7:00 in the morning we went down for continnetal breakfast to find they were out of almost everything but dry cereal. YUMMY. read more

Good breakfast food choices.
Poor breakfast room service. Things ran out, and no one was around.
Good family hotel. Nice, but not so nice that you are worried about kids messing it up. Needs to work on weekday breakfast service. Otherwise, friendly and attentive staff.

The staff was very courteous and the room was clean.
The noise from the pool was a little extreme toward the later hours of the evening.
We requested a room by the pool so we could have the sliding door view of the pool area. We ended up with a room near the pool without a sliding door, so we got all the noise and none of the view. However, the room was clean, comfortable, and the service was great, so I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I like the pool and slide.
The hot tub wasn't working.
Altogether this was a nice hotel with a great pool for kids. I wish I would have known that the hot tub wasn't working and that the pool would have been warmer. It was very cold by the pool.

The bathroom was outdated and dirty. The air conditioner broke in the middle of the night.

The swimming pool and water slide were fun for the kids.
There were mold and mildew all over the bathroom.
This is an older holiday inn that we've stayed at before. The kids love the pool and slide. The sleeping area and vanity area of the room was very clean and comfortable. The bedding and beds were new. The bathroom had black mildew and mold under all the grout and on the ceiling tiles. This was a shame because the basic materials were nice. With a little maintenance, it would be a great bathroom. I complained the next morning and the front desk lady apologized and gave my family a free breakfast. She said that she wasn't aware of the problem and would write up a maintenance order. read more
