No hassle check-in.
Very worn-out looking, hard to get to, no elevator.
This is a very old hotel, they are trying to bring in new furniture, linens, carpet but hallway walls were being stripped, no sprinkler system, couldn't rent games because no card on file and very unhelpful. I expected more from a level 2 hotel.

The pool area was amazing and the spa is huge!
There was some mold on the bath fixtures!
Great room & pool area for a great price. Staff was very helpful and very cordial.

As a Ramada it should have been better overall.
At first it seemed nice, but upon check-in they could not find my reservation. The hallways were dirty. The room was somewhat clean. Upon trying to take a shower in the morning there was no water.

Staff was helpful when not talking to other staff members.
I did not feel that the hotel was very clean at all.
The first room that was given to us the bar for the lock was missing screws so you couldn't use it at all. The dead bolt lock would not move at all. I requested another room and was given one that I think was by the banquet rooms we had to walk in the dark to get there. There was very little light. This room had mold and mildew all over the bathtub and shower curtain. I would not even use it. It was very disappointing, I travel a lot and would not recommend this hotel at all. The breakfast consisted of cereal and coffee that was also a disappointment for my daughter and myself. read more

That it had an indoor space for the kids, was close to interstate and restaurants.
The gates at Holidome wouldn't open with room cards.
Good place for families and large groups.

The hotel should be torn down.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
