Staff made the best of a bad situation.
The pool was broken when we checked in and slippery when it opened the next day.
The air conditioning was inadequate for July in Kansas - we asked to have our room moved. It was better, but still stifling. As well, the pool was unsafe with an unsafe slick bottom and slippery tiles around the pool edge.

We were traveling with a youth group on a mission trip. The connecting rooms were an added benefit as well as the pool and other amenities offered.
The hallways outside of the rooms were very hot and one of our groups had to be moved due to the air conditioning in the room not functioning.
I would stay at the hotel again. It is very convenient access right off of the interstate in Hays. The rooms were a little stuffy but not unbearable, and the staff was very accommodating shifting one group to another room since their a/c was not working properly. It worked out great for the group as the kids could walk to the "holidome" area to swim or play games.

They had a bird cleaning station for the hunters.
There was hair all over the bathroom floor and the carpet was dirty and the rooms are old.
The breakfast in the restaurant at the hotel was cold and way over priced. We got at the restaurant at 6 am so the food should have been hot. My stay will be the last at this hotel; I hunt in hays every year.
