Clean, great staff.
Crib was not ready in room and one room was hot and other cold.

It was a great hotel. Only complaints were that the crib I requested 2 times was not in the room when we arrived and the temp control between the 2 bedrooms was not equal (one room cold and one warm) but it wasn't bad enough for us to complain.

We enjoyed the swimming pool, the free breakfast and the comfort of the room.

Check in was easy, the kids loved the pool, we all got a good nights sleep in a clean room, and the free breakfast had something good for everyone. I would recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff were helpful and friendly.
The pool was filthy and too hot. The facility has seen better days.

The cost of the room versus the quality of the hotel was disproportionate. Outdated, cramped, and rather ugly. The pool was disgusting and showed obvious signs of neglect.

There was not anything that I did not like about this hotel, the staff was exceptional!
There was not anything that I did not like.

I had a great stay and was surprised at the quality of this hotel. The staff was great, the pool was great, the restaurant was excellent, even the free breakfast was excellent.

The staff was very friendly and willing to help at all times. The hot breakfast was great.
The restaurant was not open and we had to take our kids to the dark bar to eat supper.

We did enjoy our stay. The pool was small for all the kids that were there. The hot breakfast was wonderful and really helped to start our day right. The staff was great. They were always friendly and willing to help.
