Air was really dry in hotel, front desk sent up a humidifier right away when I mentioned it.
Room service didn't change the comforter when they came to clean even though it was dirty.

Location.

The thermostat was broken therefore there was no air conditioning on a plus 34 Degree C day. I was told on this site that it was a key accessed floor and it was not. We only had 1 bathrobe and when I asked for another one they said they were going to come by and drop it off and did not. I am not happy at all about this site or the downtown Ramada.

Restaurant was like part of the lobby.

Comfortable hotel with free wireless internet in a good Downtown location an easy walking distance from anywhere Downtown.

A below average bargain basement hotel stay that can only be credited with being Downtown Calgary.

Friendly staff, good down town Calgary location.
Parking is expensive, delivery food is hard to get due to location & parking expenses on suppliers.

My over all experience was very good at this hotel. Bathrooms needs some kind of additional cleaning. Details as well as the carpet, staff were helpful and accommodating.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, for a 2-star hotel it exceeded my expectations (I'd rate it at least a 2.5-3 Star)
There was no fan in the bathroom and the bathroom was quite small and the room did not have a fridge or microwave.

I enjoyed my stay at the Ramada Hotel. It was clean and comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The staff was really friendly and courteous.

Clean, generally helpful staff except the front desk.
Cards are keyed for 48 hrs making it necessary to re-key them at all awkward hours. Not acceptable.

Generally OK, except why the cards are not keyed for the entire stay.
