Nothing at all.
Absolutely everything, including the lousy free breakfast.
Stay away.

As we weren't allowed into the pool section upon arrival, I was permitted to set up my son't birthday refreshements in the breakfast/hospitality room.
I did not appreciate not being allowed to use it upon arrival through departure. (Pool parties detered that.)
This Ramada was comfortable.

I loved the hot water for a bath or shower.
Couldn't get internet in our room. Disappointing.
The hotel was a good place to stay for a night. I wouldn't pick to stay here for a romantic reason, or for a long stay. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

The front desk staff was pleasant and tried to be very helpful.
The hotel smelled like a bar the morning after.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone but the very budget conscious. The whole hotel smelled like smoke. The hotel was very rundown and in need of some serious remodeling and upkeep. There was a recliner in our room (not even the room I requested) that was so dirty that we put towels over it so that we didn't have to look at the dirt. Our experience was so bad that we will never stay at a Ramada Hotel again! read more

Nice complimentary breakfast.
Our room was not cleaned after our first night there.
The hotel has a shabby appearance and desperately needs some sprucing up. The breakfast room is very cramped but I did enjoy the make your own waffles.

The free continental breakfast was the best ever, everything you could want.
I was really looking forward to a swim, but the water was way too cold to enjoy.
The people were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and adequate. The breakfast was more than expected and very delightful. The pool however, left much to be desired. The pool area was very dark and dank and the water was way too cold. I think it would have been warmer if it had been outside. Overall, a nice place to stay if you are not there to swim.

Clean, Neat, Good breakfast room, helpful staff, and good computer connection.
Front desk occasionally had no one on duty.
The Rutland Ramada Inn is a hotel obviously run by professionals with a good grasp of the need to be attentive to detail. The room was clean and attractive. All the appliances worked well every time. The staff was helpful and friendly and acted as thought they were glad to have me as a guest. I would be glad to stay there again.
