Clean facilities, polite and friendly staff.
Rooms could be spruced up - feel like we are back in the 80's.

We were pleased with the hotel and the staff. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. We did have an issue and when mentioned it was addressed immediately - overall good experience.

No restaurant.

Decent hotel in good location for what we were doing. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping. Overall a good experience and we would stay there again next time we are in Spokane.
