The location to where I needed to go was really good.
The common areas needs a lot of work to include the restaurant.
The owners just purchased this property and it shows. There is a great deal of potential in this facility that could result in a 3 or 4 star rating.

Rooms have enough space.
Place looks like in construction. It needs a general clean up.
Hotel rooms have a good space, but it needs to change bathroom curtains, coffeemaker, etc. It needs a general clean up.

Staff.
Lack of pillows, ceiling in disrepair throughout, noisy HVAC, poor TV reception.
I booked for our return trip from FL and cancelled.

Amenities.
Security and parking surroundings.
It was ok. I didn't like the parking and none would park in the back. I parked under a light so I could have an eye on my car. There were people hanging out in back like they were waiting on guests to come in and leave there cars. That I didn't like and I let them know. Nothing was done that I could see.

Nothing.
Disgusting place!
This was the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. First of all I called the hotel to get directions and the person answering the phone could not even tell me how to get there. When we got to the hotel I waited in line and listened to three other people with reservations complaining about the rooms being dirty, cockroaches and the electricity not working in their rooms. We got our room and the door looked like someone tried to breaking the door. It had pieces missing from the door. We go into the bathroom and the floor is dirty and the bathtub had hair inside and mold around the edges. Needless to say I did not use the tub! read more

Convenient location.
Actual hotel price was lower than what we paid you.
First. The directions you sent me were erroneous and I have the itinerary to prove it. Your directions were coming from north to hotel in Fayetteville, NC exit at 40. There is no exit 40 coming from the north. We had to go 30 miles out of our way to turn around as there is only one exit 40 and that is coming from the south. That cost us at least an hour of travel time.

Good location to malls and highways.
Unsavory characters loitering outside.
Not what I expected according to pictures and reviews, but it served the purpose.

Nothing! It should be shut down!
This was the dirtiest, most unsafe hotel I have ever been in. We did not stay the night. The clerk was behind a glass cage-the security camera was almost as big as the cage. The dirty feeling hits you as soon as you walk up to the desk. The clerk was nice, but did not seem to know how to work the computer-so she sent us to a couple of rooms-that would be changed once she got the correct rooms for us. One room was a little cleaner than the other. One room was for our teenage daughters. I would have never fallen asleep knowing that they were in another room. I feared for their safety and ours. I have never experienced anything so horrible. We slept in our car. I think that we deserve a refund and an apology. read more
