Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ramada Inn Fort Wood

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Very clean and a good location.
Was mislead about rate and had to pay for an additional day in order to check in when we arrived.

It was very convenient to the Army base and near local shopping centers and restaurants.

I loved the room and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. However, the breakfast could have been a little better quality.
I did not like the condition the laundry room was in.

I was very happy with my room and all the amenities. I especially loved the location and how close it was to Fort Leonard Wood Military base. The only problem I had was the condition the laundry room was and that there was only one washer and dryer. The breakfast was delicious but not when it was left overs from the previous day.

Monday - Friday am clerk was very nice.
Towels were very hard
and weekend clean-up was was not very clean.

It would be a nice place. If the hotel staff would control all the partying and smoking that goes on . Also a lot of shouting out there.

The hotel has past it's prime for quality. Though basic maintenace, cleanliness, and upkeep was visible it
is not living up to the expectations of the corporate front office, I am sure. I read in the paper that ist is up for sale and I guess that explains a lot.

convience
preparedness, they did not have a room clean when I arrived and it was several hours after check-in time.

The staff was friendly, but they were not prepared for my stay. The room was still being cleaned when I arrived with my family and I had to wat for my room after carrying my stuff up two flights of stairs.

My friend and I liked all the little extras in the room. We also liked the continental breakfast.
We have no complaint.

Like I said before we liked the refrigerator, microwave, blow dryer and all the other extras in the room. They were plenty of hot water for showers no matter what time.
