I felt dirty staying in this hotel. It was uncomforatble. I was misinformed about the shuttle by the hotel staff.

I really enjoyed the grounds. The flowers and trees are beautiful.
We needed the exercise, but the car wasn't very convenient to the room.

If you are looking for a nice hotel with a great breakfast included, this is the place for you. The grounds are beautiful around the pool and it is an overall pleasant place to stay.

Shuttle transportation was very unreliable and not user friendly.

The hotel was fine. The staff was not very helpful. The shuttle from the port back to the hotel was slow in arriving. Once the van arrived, it had a headlight out. The driver was sent away by the sheriff and we had to use taxis to return to the hotel. There were a number of hotels in the area and transportation to/from airport and port was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Staff was also not very helpful when trying to arrange for transport from airport or the cruise port. read more

Overall, the hotel was relatively clean.
The vicinity to the airport made it difficult to sleep or even watch TV. The AC was super loud and was a disturbance at night.
