I liked the new beds. Close to the university.

It was clean, good service, nice new beds. Hot tub was nice.

Great location and very easy to find. It was undergoing renovations, so we didn't see many staff members. The dining room, while very nice, was also a bit pricey.

Staff was friendly.
The price of this small city hotel was 50 % more expensive than a major city!

Nice hotel good staff and nice view at 2.5 stars. Not good value though. Went through during low season and was shocked at the price of lodging in this city! Not a bad review of the hotel but rather a feeling of price fixing by the Kamloops hotel association. Fill the tank and keep going to the next resort town.

Very small elevator door, hard to get luggage cart inside. Could not find stairs from lobby to rooms.

It needs some cleaning and repairs. It should have a major renovation in order to make it more convenient.
