The people were friendly and very helpful.
The wi-fi was extremely slow.

Nice place to stay for the price. The people are very friendly. My only complaint was the wi-fi was way too slow and difficult to access.

The room was very clean with nice quality of linens. Enough towels! coffee in room.
Water glass had some one Else's toothpaste swill remaining.

The hotel was convenient for my purpose. The lobby and hallway smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The staff was very friendly and receptive to my informing them of the problem with the drinking glass. The room was very clean otherwise. The linens were nice (I hate linen that has little ball things on the sheets from wear and rubbing!) The room was quiet. I would stay again.

Old aging stuffs in both room and public space.

Only single laundry machine is hard to reach, and vending/ice machines from the early 70's are definetely in need of a change.

Great location to go Kennedy Space Center,friendry staff,
Some rooms have to need renovation(the hotel is under-going renovation right now)

Great location to go to the Kennedy Space Center. Always I met the people who are really friendly and help us. Free Wi-Fi.The hotel is under-going renovation right now, so some rooms are still old. Before renovation, each room has the Refrigerator but right now only a few rooms has a fridge. And on TV could not watch NASA TV. That were disappointed for me.

Nothing.
The room smelled of mildew. No central lobby room access. No complimentary breakfast. No indoor pool.

This facility definitely is not in the same class as the Fairfield Inn and the Hampton Inn - I've stayed in both facilities in Titusville. The ambient room environment is deleterious to one's health. The bathrooms are small and show the wear and tear of use.

I liked the location.
The rooms weren¿t as clean as I expected.

I stayed at this hotel twice due to the location of it. My first stay was o.k. The drinking glasses provided in the bathroom were not clean and a picture had fallen off the wall. I went ahead and booked again thinking this might just be a fluke. The money still has not been credited back to my account. Buyer bewares!

Location to the space center.
It was quite dirty.

This property like may older Ramada inns needs an overhaul. Very worn and dirty hall ways and overall not very attractive. More like a truck stop than a two star hotel.
