I liked the fact that it was easy to find and convenient to the place I was working.
The person who prepared breakfast foods was not doing her job.

The Ramada Inn was convenient, clean and easy to locate coming off Interstate 20. It was handy to the area where I was to work.

Overall, the room was clean but the sink could have had some caulking, it was separated from the wall. In the bathroom the shower curtain rod could have been anchored better to the wall. Could have been cleaner in the restroom. There was a short in one of the light next to the bed. You could smell the chlorine in the pool before you got to it.

We arrived at 10pm and were not given a room until 11:45. The staff was rude. Had the wrong address and credit card number for my Name and reservations. Gave the person ahead of me my room when he decided he wanted a non-smoking room at the last minute. Every person who is capable of working should have the opportunity if not it may be time to retire. Bathroom was not very clean and the bathtub was stopped up and took a long time to drain. I will not stay at this hotel again. If I could have found another one at that time of night I would have left. read more
