The scope of the complimentary breakfast.
Outside noise level after comedy club program.

Everything was great except the impact of the comedy club. The noise level was excessive late at night, and parking was sometimes a problem, requiring us to park way in the back away from our room. The hotel staff responded to requests to break up noisy group outside our room.

The room was larger than most hotel rooms and had a beautifully tiled and granite bathroom, which was sparkling!
Even though our breakfast was included in our rate, we had to wait in line for the made to order omelets.

This hotel has it all. A great restaurant, nice rooms, a comedy club (nice surprise), and super location. We were visiting friends and it was convenient to be just off the highway, and also in a nice neighborhood.

The hotel is hideously overpriced. You can stay at a new hotel next door, which is easily in walking distance. If you are coming for the Comedy Club --which was very funny--stay next door and walk over.

The nice size room, the service and the atmosphere. I enjoyed the breakfast and the dinner.
My visit with you was too short.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone for any reason whether it be for business or pleasure.

The room was better than I expected. Very nice and clean.
Breakfast was bland.

The hotel was great. I went down for the UGA/ FSU game. The location is about 20 miles away from the stadium, so that was inconvenient. Other than that, the hotel was clean, great big rooms, and we loved it. It was a pleasant surprise!

The front desk staff was very friendly as well as the bar staff.
The room has tiles fall off the bathroom walls and the ac did not work.

The room came with a complimentary breakfast. I found it very disturbing that breakfast cut off at 9:30 am. When we arrived at breakfast the staff never acknowledged our presence. It took a long time for anyone to wait on us and once we were waited on they never returned to see if we needed anything else. I was further disappointed that our room was not in good condition. The carpets were filthy. The tile in the bathroom was falling off the walls and the ac did not have a gauge that worked. It only remained one temperature. This hotel is very dated and is in need of much deferred maintenance and repairs. This use to once be a very nice hotel. It is no longer. read more

The Jacksonville Ramada was the best hotel for the money spent during our vacation.
A few dead bugs in bathroom - room a little dark.

We were very pleased with the Jacksonville Ramada Hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly - the lounge/bar and restaurant were beautiful. We weren't able to enjoy the comedy club but thought it to be a definite plus. Would not hesitate to go back!

Convenient location; helpful staff.
First room was moist and sticky; moved to another room - much better.

Conveniently located at 295 and san Jose, the Ramada mandarin is a decent place to stay for the business traveler and families who won't be spending much time at the facility, but need a place to crash. The food at gigs (restaurant on site) is competent and the pool is clean. Make sure to get a non smoking room and don't hesitate to ask the staff for what you need; they are helpful and courteous. read more
