Staff was helpful.
Shower head was 4 feet off the floor; they do not use fitted sheets on the beds!
The shower head was 4 feet off the floor, hurt my back taking a shower. No fitted sheets on the bed, so you are sleeping on the dirty mattress.

Very convenient location to Arches and Canyon lands Parks.
Stains on sheets and towels.
There were a lot of 2 star hotels in Moab, but it sure didn't look like all were created equal. We expected more from a Ramada. This was definitely a budget motel in our judgment.

Nothing.
Outdated, smelled rancid, terrible mattress, torn bedding.

Beds were comfortable.
Over priced for what you are getting.
The hotel is fine for a night or two if you just need some where to sleep. It is a 2-star hotel by no mistake.

Spaciousness! Room for clothing, hiking gear, shelves, etc. Temperature comfortable, air-conditioning not too cold and quiet.
Excellent, I would definitely stay there again. We go to Moab frequently land has stayed in several places there. This was the best. Also loved the pancake house next door!

Refer and micro in room and large outdoor hot tub.
Best hotel we have stayed in Moab. Room was large and clean. Could hear loud neighbor, but over all pretty quiet. Nice beds. Great location, right in the heart of Moab. Will stay there again.

The beds and pillows were comfortable.
The wireless internet did not work and the hotel is old!
I would never stay here again. The hot tub was too far from the rooms and tucked behind a restaurant in the same parking lot. The room carpet was old. The bathroom had no fan so the place steamed up instantly. The wireless internet tried to hook up but the signal strength was garbage. The front desk staff was rude and unkempt with tattoos showing and facial piercing. The channels on the TV came in all fuzzy and there were no free plugs to run a phone charger or laptop charger. This is a room to seek shelter from the weather, not a place to stay on vacation. read more
