The staff.
Dirty.
The hotel was dirty and the hallways smelled of tobacco and alcohol. Many loud and drunken people in the halls during the night. The power went out in the rooms on our hall but nowhere else. I have never felt like I deserved a refund before now. I refused to stay in the hotel the second night and rented another room at a different hotel.

Water leaked from the shower above the bath tub. The ceiling was rusted.
There were drunk people outside our room on the grass laughing and talking.

Nothing!
The beds were like V's - no one could sleep! Motel 6 across the ways was probably better!
This hotel was the worst hotel my family stayed in on our trip. We stayed in 5 hotels. The other guests of the hotel were a little scary, and there was a guy next to us smoking outside his non-smoking room, and in front of our room - making it a smoking room. But that wasn't the worst! The beds were hideous. They were like giant V's, where we all met in the middle, and couldn't get out. At 1:00 am none of us were sleeping, and we considered leaving to sleep in the car. Instead, I opted to sleep in an air mattress on the floor so my husband (our driver) could get some sleep. This was the worst experience of our vacation! read more

The price and the location was okay.
Swimming pool was not working at all, halls could use a cleaning, rooms in need of updating.
The price was good, rooms outdated, okay clean wise, pool not working at all no water in it and a sign up saying they had to update to the mandates required, overall was okay experience star rating should be a one.

The general managers concern when I complained about the property.
Hotel room was disgusting, old, and
dirty.
The place is old, dirty, needs a serious million dollar remodel. The bathroom had hair all over the tub, the toilet had urine stains on it from the previous person, the ice tray had mens facial hair from shaving, the carpets are old, greasy.

The location was quite good with fuel, shopping and places to eat nearby.
The hotel was not up to the standard of hotels I have stayed at through Priceline in this area before.
The hotel has a lot of shortcomings. There was no clock in the room, the security on the sliding glass door did not work. The bedspread had several large burn holes in it. The bathroom needs an upgrade.
The ice and beverage machines in our hallway were out of order and looked like they had been that way for some time.
We were not told of a fuel sir charge until checkout and our credit card was charged for the room even though our room was prepaid. This resulted in a currency exchange charge that was unnecessary. read more

It had good bones and structure but was 10 years past due on a remodel.
It felt worn out and faded with lots of carpet stains.
I was a little irritated to get a additional bill of l.99 for a electricity surcharge. It was a very small thing but I feel all taxes etc. should be complimentary with the room. Also it was doubly annoying when the lights next to the bed were burnt out and the coffee maker did not work. So I hardly think we used much electricity.
