Ramada Inn Somerset

The quality of the hotel was completely reasonable for the price I paid. The hotel is under major renovation right now, so there was a lot of debris around and things were pretty unattractive, but it was reasonably clean and safe for a traveler who just wanted an inexpensive, decent place to spend the night that was easy to get to from the highway. Not a good choice as a destination in itself for a family or for a romantic getaway. Wireless access was intermittent from my room. read more

This hotel posted in the lobby that it was currently undergoing renovations and I did not see any signs of renovating. The room was dark, had lights that did not work. The bed was uncomfortable and had scratchy sheets that did not allow for a good night sleep.

When I checked in, the hotel staff told me that I will have breakfast for the three days that I stayed, and when I asked the rate for using the Internet, he also told me it's free. In the evening, I asked where the hotel served the breakfast, and another staff told me my room doesn't come with breakfast and the Internet never worked since then. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Location was good.

It was far above my expectations. The room was bright & smelled so good, large, and clean. The staff couldn't have been nicer.
