Sparkling clean and a very friendly staff.
Nothing objectionable.

I was very pleased with this hotel. The icing on the cake was when I got to my room (a woman traveling with a teenage daughter) the front desk called to make sure I got to my room alright and that everything was satisfactory. The extra mile in customer service!

They cleaned the room everyday and the staff was nice.
No spa or hot tub.

This is a good hotel for those just stopping by for the night on a long trip.

I liked that it was clean. The rooms were were decorated very nicely.
The beds were a little too firm at least for me.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I really liked having a refrigerator in the room.

I'm glad you asked nothing not a thing.
Old, near a main intersection, RR track across street, musty, small rooms open outside.

I thought this to be a 3 star hotel. It was an old facility next to a main intersection. The rooms open out onto a common walk way. The street was noisy and a train track across the street train with whistle about every 4 hours. The beds were standard size not queen that I could tell, room was smelly as in old facilities. I felt like standing up in the corner all night to keep from touching anything. Had no intention of even thinking about using the dining area. The hotel I had the next two nights in Melbourne was listed as a 3 star Hilton on the ocean. Great place and only about $12.00 more per night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. read more

Fantastic staff.
Restaurant and lounge area outdated and seating uncomfortable.

We checked in on a Friday night, clerk at front desk was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We needed extra towels and they were brought quickly.
