Ramada Inn Waterloo

We would stay here again, definitely! Loved the quiet of the room we were in. The fact that we could run the fan and keep it cool in the room even though it was cool outside was wonderful! Great sleeping!

I wish I would have stayed somewhere else. The hotel is old, the beds are like sleeping on a cardboard box, pillows were about a foot tall. I would never stay there again, especially for that price.

This is a complete last resort option. I recieved an enormous spider bite, was treated like crap by the front desk, had a barely functioning shower, beds were dirty and uncomfortable, smell was putrid, and the walls are thin

Parking is at an adjacent city ramp. The elevator did not work, and I had to go down three flights of very, very scary looking stairs late at night alone. When I got to my room, it was a smoking room and stank. I called and asked for a change--at first they said there was no room. Then I told them about the stairs, and they moved me to the "executive floor", said I would get a paper delivered the next morning. I did not get one. Since there was no restaurant available at that time, I went to the vending machine. The top and bottom rows didn't work. The check in was very easy and we were offered different options for rooms. Courteous staff, Parking across strett but they validated. Not very busy
