Can hear everything in the hallways.

This hotel is good for an overnight stay. Nothing special. Some updates were made but could use a few more minor touches. Didn't like hearing everything going on in the hallways. Thin walls.

The hot tub was not hot.

I chose this hotel because of the hot tub. We were at Kings Island that day and were looking forward to relaxing after a long day. We were highly disappointed as the hot tub was not hot.

The service desk people were not at all friendly or concerned with any thing.

I unfortunately had a fight with spouse left to cool off. Approx 11:45pm came back at one was told my husband had checked out and someone else was in the room Chris the night desk person would not check by calling. I left hunting for my husband at 3am.

Pillows.

Frig was noisy, covers seemed beat up, pillows beat up, bathroom was clean, good location for Kings Island travelers. Was okay for a one night stay.
