Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ramada Lansing Hotel And Conference Center
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Public areas are worn and in need of repair/remodel. First hotel in a long time I have been at that does not have some type of free breakfast. Television reception was poor and few stations to choose from. Thankfully, the room was clean and comfortable.

The unappealing common areas -all of them- even allowing for the renovation in progress made this hotel seem unsafe, although I'm sure it was fine. The lighting and layout of the hallways seemed seedy. I would not stay here again and would have preferred the Red Roof Inn across the street.

Have stayed in this hotel before and was very comfortable. I'm sure when the renovations are done will be lovely.

Old outdated, need refrigerators and microwaves in king rooms. Fans in bathrooms. Outside security doors do not lock at night. Open to anyone. Not very safe.

This hotel is in bad need of thorough cleaning and updating. The pool area was dirty, the halls were dirty and my first room was dirty. I was given a smoking room after requesting a non-smoking room and the staff was very unhelpful. I finally got my room switched for the second night of my stay and that room was much nicer.

The hotel was being remodeled and got me very sick with my allergies very flared up. I spent over $20 in medication while out of town and was totally miserable.

The hotel could use some updating but it was clean and staffs were friendly. There is a TGI Fridays attached to the hotel.

The hotel was overall good. I did have to unplug lights to plug in laptop to access the internet.
