The location for the reason
I went to Fairborn.
Hot tub not working, no clean towels, bed had a rail sticking out.

If everything was right this hotel would be a great place to stay for the price and location.

Someone overhead tromping loudly off and on all evening.

Our stay was very except for the tromping overhead and the toilet seat was too low. Snow removal was prompt the next morning.

I liked that the staff was very friendly and nice and the room was clean and warm.
A little overpriced.

Nice hotel with friendly staff, could have been a little cleaner.
The price was a little high. The area was nice, very close to the mall, college, and highway.

The personal attention I received at the continental breakfast.
The hot tub was not hot, it was barely warm.

While the housekeeper was very nice and friendly and even gave us all that we asked for, the rooms were dingy. Mold in the bathroom and on the shower curtain. The people at the desk were very friendly and helpful.

Only had free wireless interest for 30 minutes.

When we arrived at the hotel and got to our room they had given us a king smoking room. We asked to be moved, as we are not smokers, but they were unwilling to move us. The staff told us the hotel was full (which there was no way that was true do to the cars in the parking lot), and only offered a bottle of air freshener to help hide the scent.

The staff was excellent.
The hot tub was broken and the lights shine in the room at night.

Overall, we liked it. The hot tub was broken, but the pool was nice. Breakfast staff was excellent and everything was fresh.
