Description of Ramada Limited Arrowhead Mall
The Ramada at Arrowhead Mall is on the grounds of Arrowhead Mall and provides hotel services to the Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, and Sun City areas of metro Phoenix, Arizona. This Ramada hotel is close to Peoria Sports Complex, home to MLB Spring Training, University of Phoenix Stadium - home of the NFL Arizona Cardinals, and Jobing.com Arena - concert venue and home to the NHL Phoenix Coyotes. The hotel location also provides easy access to a host of restaurants and the famous Glendale, Arizona antique shops, as well as providing easy access to Luke AFB, Glendale Municipal Airport, and the Cricket Pavillion (formerly Blockbuster Desert Sky Pavillion). Parking at the Ramada at Arrowhead Mall is free and plentiful, as is the deluxe continental breakfast that is provided to all guests. The bed was comfortable.
Overall appearance and condition was neglected and poorly maintained..

This hotel was ready for a complete makeover about 5 years ago. It was quiet and comfortable, but just was worn around the edges.

It was in a good location and inexpensive.
There were roaches in our room. I couldn't sleep.

Nice location, great price and the free breakfast was ok. But the pool area needs better lighting for evening hours and the rooms need to be fumigated for roaches. I couldn't sleep knowing there were roaches in our room. I had to dump out all our luggage to make sure we weren't bringing home these disgusting insects.

The pool was nice.
The AC unit was broken and I sweat uncomfortably all night in bed after a 6 hour drive.

The customer service was amazing, and they were really nice. The rooms are dated with AC units that don't properly cool the rooms, it was in Arizona and the rooms need to be cool.

The room was clean, breakfast was very good.
We called down for wash cloths but had to go outside, down the stairs and to the office to get them.

Adequate and small but the breakfast was great.

It was easy to get to, friendly staff, good location.
Ice machine was not working.

It is much better than a one. Clean, safe, convenient place to stay, nice breakfast no compaints.

Staff was friendly and helpful.
Day before checking out there was no housekeeping.

Great staff who were helpful when we had a family emergency hospitalization during our stay. Nice breakfast. Close to everything.

Internet down/construction trucks 3-5 a.m.

Make sure internet works and no construction trucks in early morning.
